Good spot to grab a coffee before the flight. Drinks were nice and service was quick, with friendly staff despite the busy airport rush. The only downside was that the place wasn’t as clean as expected, with a few tables left uncleared. Still, convenient and reliable for a quick stop.

My plane arrived at 9:45pm 15/06/2026. After bag collection | came to the Starbucks as it says online open 24 hours. Upon arrival there was 2 people working man and a lady. The shop seemed pretty empty and the man was on his phone whilst the lady dusted. I asked if they were still open and they ignored me. After asking a second time the man (WHO WAS IN UNIFORM) said to me he's not working. The lady then said to me "I have to clean so can't serve customers at the moment maybe midnight l'll be ready to serve". Dumbest thing I've ever heard. Who ever runs this Starbucks sort ur people’s out.

The staff is too much rude. They just don’t care what the customer is saying or not. They just ignore you and do their own. I just said them about the chocolate powder on my drink and she just ignore me and then I repeated it she just became rude and said over there and i ask them to write my name on the cup but she just ignore it and rudely said that not have enough time for that.

the server (his name started with a P, i can’t remember his name) was quite rude, i asked to scan my starbucks app and he said they don’t scan them. I’m a partner and i can assure you they do scan them but he obviously was just too lazy to do it. I asked if I could use my partner discount and he straight up said no. I understand it being early as i do half 5 opens at my store but his attitude isn’t acceptable. he also didn’t have on any of his timers for the rotation of equipment or for his filter coffee. will not be coming here again.
