Amazing experience and customer service. On this occasion it was a takeaway. (Normally we dine in) after a slight issue with ordering on the app regarding gluten free, Debra went above and beyond to rectify it. She is a credit to the Lytham store and pizza express and that kind of service is very rare these days, especially showing a clear understanding and importance of gluten free. We have just been with our two boys and ive been to pizza express over 50 times and this was by far the best service I have received at pizza express we normally come for the great value but id be tempted to drive from lancaster to Lytham to be served by Deborah again see was so welcoming, polite, accommodating, efficient and just overall a wonderful person. A nice place that's tucked away to the side from the busy centre. The place itself is alright, fairly small but with excellent staff service. The food was unfortunately mediocre, the garlic bread was fairly small from what typical garlic bread is like and the Polenta chips came with the tiniest dash of mozzarella cheese but loaded with rosemary which overpowered any possible flavour. The pizzas however were wonderful as ever, delicious through and through!
