Me and my partner were served by Hannah today- wonderful lady- I've been to many costa's and never experienced such good customer service. Drinks were made well and food was good, atmosphere is lovely as brightly lit with huge glass windows to look out of from a higher floor. Thank you ❤️

This store is always busy and the staff are always so friendly. One lady who is usually on the till in particular has outstanding customer service. Even when the queue is large she never looks stressed, she gives every person a lovely greeting and personal touch. I have taken my client with learning disabilities in here and she has been patient, kind and understanding. I've watched every customer leave the till smiling after her excellent service, she deserves the recognition as she goes above and beyond to make everyone have a good experience.

Costa Coffee is Costa Coffee, you know what your going to get in terms of food and drink(which I will say is good as always) it’s the rather long que that is a slight inconvenience but nothing nobody can’t handle (at of time of writing my foot is in a brace and it did become slightly painful during so, but otherwise it’s not a problem. I’m fond of the food and drink, especial during this season as the new seasonal menus have been released. As you can see in the photo I am drinking a maple hazel hot chocolate, which is very well balanced and I will be having again. Also the bacon and Brie bagu
