Hi, I just wanted to personally say the Haleem was absolutely delicious! 🤤🔥 The texture was perfect and the flavours were so authentic. You can really taste the slow cooking and the effort that goes into making it. It was rich, well balanced, and very satisfying. Compliments to the chef 👏 I’ll definitely be coming back again!

We are so lucky to have this little gem of a restaurant in the heart of Middlesbrough. Dosas are among my favourite dishes, and this place does a really tasty crispy one. The staff are lovely, the place is low key and relaxing, and the prices are perfectly reasonable for the quality of their delicious food. Five stars and thumbs up all-round for the food, venue and staff at Uttapam.

Ordered on just eat today. Mysore masala dosa was burnt with minimal potato filling. Paneer dosa was supposed to have spicy paneer stuffing - found white grated tasteless paneer inside. Butter chicken tasted aweful. Overall, horrible food and never again will I be ordering.

Sharing some photos of the dishes we tried so far. The menu descriptions don't always match the actual dishes. It seems safer to go with the popular and simple options. I enjoyed the Onion Bhaji, Uttapam, Medu Vada, and Lamb Madras.
