Visited here on Saturday 3rd January. Not at all impressed. Staff rude and not welcoming. Ordered the Poached eggs on toast and a black coffee. When the Poached eggs came, it comes with 1 slice of toast and 2 poached eggs!!!!! Does that make any sense? Not anywhere, would you not get 2 slices of toast. Eggs were okay but by the time i buttered the one slice of toast my eggs were cold. The black coffee was disgusting and just like dish water with no coffee taste at all. This isnt just any M&S cafe......this is a very bad one. Do not visit, poor quality food, poor quality staff.

I would like to commend two members of staff at the Marks & Spencer city centre branch in Milton Keynes who really stood out during my visit yesterday afternoon. I approached a staff member named Sara for help in locating a specific item. She was extremely polite, approachable, and genuinely willing to assist. When she was unable to find the item straight away, she went above and beyond by checking online and making additional efforts rather than simply pointing me in a direction. Welcome to M&S customer washroom facilities! The disabled toilets are out of order. The radiator opposite is leaking. Enter the ladies washroom the first toilet is LEAKING from the main sewage pipe and has been for the best part of a year now. Two of the four toilets are out of order and it is FILTHY. Shane on you, I reported this directly to you and was reassured it would be dealt A YEAR AGO.

Somehow if you spend more time in the fitting room you are a sus and the guard is following you to the exit to check if you are Ok ??? I spend £86 and thanks to you guys you ruined the whole experience. Next time will go to John Lewis or River island…
