ordered via uber eats today at just after 5pm, came at 5:30. we ordered 3 items: two matchas and a flapjack. we opened the bag up to see there was only 1 drink and the flapjack, despite the receipt displaying exactly what we ordered. won’t be ordering again.

I regularly visit here mainly the drive through. This costa is cosy, the staff are always so nice. Ive been inside a few times. And its so nice it feels relaxing. Only draw back was I have been on 2 evenings around 7.30 - 7.45 as it says its open till 9? And some nights I went it was shut. There were other customers that arrived and also drove off. So want to remove a star for that but the staff are so nice. Had to take a few stars off recent visits have been dissapointing. The latte that I love the maple and pecan one, they have got wrong more than a few times. **OPENING HOURS NEED UPDATING

Cosy setting with a modern feel through TV menus and advertising. It doesn’t feel too big and overwhelming since it’s also a drive thru. Staff are vibrant, friendly and welcoming

Great coffee and food. The toilets are disguising. Cobwebs everywhere. Your staff are lovely, why are you forcing them to work in such a disgusting environment? Do better.
