This was my first ever Slim chickens!!! My friend had spoke very highly of it before and when we realised there was one in Nottingham, we knew we had to go. It was rather busy but we did find a seat for our party of 4. The food was absolutely delicious, incredible chicken and fries. I got a biscoff shake which was very filling. My partner definitely made the most of the free drink refill options here. I’m not keen on garlic bread but the garlic bread that came with my meal did look nice, and other people enjoyed it. I’m not a big fan of dips either!!! but my partner loved the blue cheese dip.

Lala went above and beyond as our server she seemed on top of everything and made sure to greet every guest as they came in sue seemed super sweet. Thank you for making our meal special. She even got us extra sauces 😭 she deserves a pay rise. I love slim chickens so not much else to say it is the best and only chicken shop I'll go to always consistently delicious no matter where I go. The food was hot, well seasoned and I love the signature sauces. It's not too expensive as well. I tried gravey mayo today and while it was delicious it won't be replacing garlic mayo in my heart. We’d never been to Slim Chickens before, so we had a few minutes to scan the menu, and our server, Lala was very helpful with talking us through all the dips, food options and how the drinks worked there. Food was delicious, we all really enjoyed our time there. Lala made us feel welcome, made us laugh, checked in to make sure our food was all good and went above and beyond to make sure we knew and had whatever we needed. We’ll definitely be coming again next time we visit Nottingham! 🩵
