Been using this place since it’s opened . When we go in to eat everything is absolutely great. But delivery service is so poor. God knows how many times I’ve had deliveries from there and always something missing or wrong. If u can’t be bothered with deliveries then don’t do it it’s that simple. I’ve had milkshakes missing so I rang they say oh we made it it’s in the bag ring the driver ? Dude I don’t have drivers number to ring. I put a note they completely ignored the note it’s for the kids so what do I have to do go to another place to get what the kids asked for. That’s just ignorant

I don’t know what these guys are doing. Clearly they have no structure because I’ve seen them get stressed out over a single order. Went to pickup a delivery and you see them losing their minds on uber just eat and delivery drivers. They have a job to do and I’ve seen a driver stand there for over 10 minutes. And he asked nicely as well after 10 minutes, how long do you expect him to wait? Literally the meathead told him to wait and be polite. Bruh, you don’t know what polite and patience is cause that driver did everything correctly. He waited for so long. 😂😂😂 try to figure out what manner

I rarely leave reviews, but this was such a shockingly bad experience that it genuinely needs to be said. I found a hair embedded in my food. Not sitting on top—actually mixed in. It was revolting, completely killed my appetite, and frankly made me question what on earth is going on in that kitchen. Hygiene clearly isn’t being taken seriously, which is the absolute bare minimum for any place serving food. Thinking this might be a one-off mistake, I called to let them know.
