We had a lovely experience at Costa in Penarth today, thanks to Liam. He was incredibly kind, patient and polite, especially with the elderly customers he was serving. It was really noticeable how much pride he took in making our drinks and food, and in keeping his workstation clean and organised. Great customer service can make all the difference, and Liam is a real credit to the Costa team. Thank you!

If there was a ‘0’ I would give one out, my son has Autism did a Order ask for a Cake beside hot chocolate and one for his Mum a Latte.. First thing they made a latte look like more a normal coffee which you’ve at home plus with Latte you have a head on it.. which I ended up not drinking the foreign guy did not listen to my son order for his cake which he was very upset about it.. But that is Foreign for you don’t listen if they don’t listen people order then he should be sacked or go on a customer friendly service because he most definitely needs it..
