We started visiting Pinocchio's in about 2000 when we moved nearby and over the years it became a firm favourite and a place we loved. Then we were devastated when it closed down and sat empty for so long... But now it's back and, if I'm honest better than ever! Recognise some old faces amongst the staff, the decoration inside is stunning and the food is absolutely beautiful! They've really ramped up the gluten free options and my wife is so unused to having such a wide choice (including pasta!) that she had difficulty choosing. Everything was delicious... We’ve visited Pinocchios many times in the past, we always had a warm & friendly welcome, not so this time! One member of the staff was very unfriendly. Anyway. It was a celebration for my Husbands milestone Birthday. The service at the table was good. We ordered starters & mains. My main was crab Ravioli, my Husband ordered Lemon sole. The Ravioli itself was very good, however the sauce was seriously lacking in seasoning! Speaking as a professional chef, it wasn’t acceptable. My Husbands was good.
