It was our first time visiting this store ( Wednesday evening ), and I was so impressed with the service from the lady who made my drinks. She took the time to advise me on how the points rewards work, and she was very pleasant and friendly. I’m sorry I didn’t get her name, but she is a credit to the company. Keep up the great work :)

Not dog friendly never had this experience in a Starbucks! Also made the wrong drink for my friend who has intolerance to mint. We asked for chamomile only. It was filthy when we arrived tables not clean. Poor customer service! Everyone said the dogs should be allowed in as well behaved. I wouldnt come here again and don't need to with the lovely independent coffee shops across the way at Radcliffe market we just thought we would try something different for a change but were banished to the cold outside with the wrong drink!
