The food here is genuinely lovely—full of flavour and exactly what you’d hope for from a good Indian restaurant. Unfortunately, the service lets it down quite badly. When my husband politely asked for another beer because his was completely flat, the response was rude and dismissive rather than helpful. I also asked for a recommendation on which curry to choose and was met with blunt, uninterested replies that made it feel like an inconvenience rather than part of the dining experience. Oh my gosh! I wonder why I have never eaten in the Mango Lounge. We had a wonderful time. The food was divine.The services was both attentive without being pushy. We had time to eat through each course before the next was brought to the table. Despite being a Wednesday evening most of the tables were full.
