I visited the Caversham Costa at 3 pm on the 2nd of February 2026 and got served by two lovely assistance one being a young lady that asked if I’ve had a good day of which to be honest it wasn’t a great day but I said that I had. It meant so much that a young lady could ask me that. She definitely brightened up my day after it not starting off well. Unfortunately, I didn’t get her name, but she was the only girl that was working at that time. I believe she deserves a pat on the back thank you whoever you were. 💕

Very loud and rushed service by who served me. Definitely not sensory or Neurodivergent friendly. I wasn't sure if the sizes of coffee and instead of helping the assistant just stared blankey at me. Only popped in as had an appointment near by. I also got a cheese and tomato toastie with no tomato 🙈😆

I absolutely love visiting Costa Coffee in Caversham! The recent renovation has really elevated the ambiance – it’s now a perfect spot to work quietly or catch up with friends. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, always going the extra mile to make customers feel at home. What impresses me most is how they remember their regular customers and their preferred coffee orders – it’s such a personal touch! Every time I visit, they deliver the exact coffee just the way I like it. Great service, great atmosphere!
