The competence and service levels are low. The staff need training and support to get coffees out quickly and to standard. Their manners is good but their skill levels are low. The staff are also doing mobile delivery orders which slows them down. The toilets were clean. But on my visit they have run out of serviettes which is not right. The knife that was offered to me was not clean, but the food was covered so hygiene was mixed standards

We were sitting in the store having coffee and they closed the curtains in the front of the store due to which the store turned very hot and there was direct sunlight on us. Despite the staff saw us suffering they took this action. It was very rude of them, to do this.

It’s not a same what use to be to be honest that coffee shop is poor on customer service staff doesn’t know how to make a proper coffee staff if one of making a coffee the other one stay still waiting for looking instead try to help get coffee because is big queue sorry to say that I don’t wait for my coffee more than 15mn I think staff need to be trained probably and make them understand customer first ok and make them clean table when is not busy

Coffee tasted like soil flavoured water. Unfortunately tried it too far away from the shop to go back and ask for a proper cup. It's a shame such quality is served when small basic coffee costs four pounds! Not going back there again, it used to be so much better
