UPDATE: I went in person tonight, as the phone rang out several times, to ask if I can use my vitality 2-1 voucher as a takeaway. We were given a box during our last visit for left overs. This manager, different from the last, told me he wouldnt give me a box if I asked for one. He confirmed it was out of principal. This was a very pathetic move. I could have been in and out, ordered a bunch of extras and it would have cost him nothing. Old review… not sure how relevant given most recent experience. But out of respect for the last manager I will leave this here…Clean, tidy, great baby chang

We had our reservations about going to Pizza Express as we hadn't gone for a while- this was our first visit to the St neots branch and it was a wonderful experience. There was a little waiting time for our booking but wasn't a big deal. The restaurant was lively and busy but you couldn't read any stress off of the staff. They all handled it really well and were consistently courteous and friendly. We were happy with our seating and learned how effective having the Pizza Express app was during our booking. You can add vouchers directly to the bill via the app to lighten the load on staff. The

I went out for dinner with a couple of friends and I am pleased to say that our experiences were absolutely wonderful! The atmosphere was fun and welcoming, the service was fantastic, the food was amazing and the staff were very friendly and helpful to us! You also get to watch the pizzas and desserts being made and served to us which is great fun! It is a place that we will come back to again. Thank you so much to the staff for their amazing hospitality!
