Thanks to Oscar for solely being the reason I had such a fun experience here. He let me have a taste of the Macha syrup before I ordered so I felt confident with my order. I asked another member of staff for a sample first who said they're not able to do that. I wouldve left without ordering but Oscar had the good sense to realise allowing someone to have a small sample means they're likely to order. Good customer service is adapting on the fly and Oscar has that.

I went here for breakfast and to wait while I’m having my car serviced. It was really a nice place to hang out. It has nice decors and conducive seating. The seating area was vast. It was not very busy as I was there just after 8am. The store and toilets were clean and tidy. Superb service kudos to the two lovely ladies (staff). Coffee was good as I want it to be and the bacon bap was not bad either (no picture of the bap -was too hungry so I ate it as soon as I sat down 🤣. Had a great experience staying here this morning. I did not even notice the time. ☺️

Disappointed! Didn't eat, so wouldn't be fair to score but that said, glad we didn't because we had to wait far too long for a table and because of the lack of them but because they were still full of cups, plates etc from the previous customers. Didn't finish our drinks before leaving, just felt a bit uncomfortable. Won't be rushing back. In the end decided to clean a table myself and with serviettes from the condiment counter & blue roll that I requested from the staff behind the counter. Not really much I could do about the floor.
