Very bad service through drive thru today. I order and then by time got to window I needed to add an additional drink to which i politely asked "is it possible to add another drink to my order please?" To which the lady at the window huffed and said "what would you want?" I said a strawberry watermelon and mint cooler please. She turned to her colleage who was making drinks behind her and spoke to her to which she then rolled her eyes and also huffed. I wish at the time I had said no dont bother as im such an inconvenience and left the drink. I get that im adding to an ordered but wasn't askin

I’ve visited this Costa several times, mainly via the drive-through, and previously had positive experiences with friendly staff and decent food and drinks. However, my most recent visit was disappointing. I met a friend there in the evening, and as we are both pregnant, we drove and parked on-site. We bought hot chocolates and sat in, but the drinks were below the usual standard. Despite the advertised 8pm closing time, we were asked to leave at 7pm. Very nice time having tea and cake. My Mum said her very large coffee was standard but very nice. Service took a while but the staff there were working very well seeing as there were only 2 of them doing the drive thru and the eating in.

Positive experience: Live locally, gave it a try the drive thru. Was not disappointed keep coming back for the ice latte & babychinos for the little on before a drive & missus coconut lattes. Service is quick & friendly. As effective as a drive thru can be expected. Costa card also works for offers, vouchers & freebies just by scanning too
