The homemade elderflower, mint & lime drink was incredibly refreshing and full of natural flavor—highly recommended. Friendly service, cozy surroundings, and a great place to take a break from the busy streets outside. Would definitely visit again!

If you want to experience the true spirit of London, with historical figures in the background (Constable, Orwell – past regulars!) – come here. We popped in for a moment and left after two hours, a great meal, and great spirits. This was certainly thanks to our guide, Ben, who is the Assistant Manager here. Thank you very much, and we will definitely be back! PS: It's great to come here not only during "peak hours," but, like us, in the middle of the day...

I asked what they recommend as a visitor from Australia, fish and chips with mushy peas and curry sauce. Outstanding, warm and comforting, obviously delicious. I had great conversation with the staff and felt very welcome at this establishment. Thankyou for the wonderful experience

Popped in with my sis on Boxing Day, really enjoyed chatting to one of the managers, Joe, who was full of enthusiasm and really knew what he was doing. Looking forward to visiting again soon hopefully. 5 casks were on, 4 ales and a cider, great to see.
