Went for drinks and food with family and really enjoyed it. Cocktails were surprisingly good, food came out quickly and everything tasted fresh. Staff were friendly and relaxed which made the whole place feel comfortable. The outdoor seating area is also really nice, especially if you have children with you. Nice atmosphere overall and would come again.

Paid a visit for a quick dash as was waiting for a friend to arrive tgo somewhere else. Nice ambience, the girl at the bar was helpful offering a taster for a lager I never tried before. Just had a pint and left. Overall good pub.

I recently went to Packsaddle Reading with my family and had a fantastic experience. The food was fresh and really tasty, and the drinks were excellent too. The outdoor seating area is beautiful and has such a relaxed atmosphere, especially in good weather. The children’s play area was one of the highlights for us . Very clean, safe, and perfect for keeping the kids entertained while we enjoyed our food and drinks. The staff were all lovely, friendly, and attentive throughout our visit. We’ll definitely be visiting again.

Awful welcome, delayed and average service, mixed orders, warm white wine, cooked red wine. The two girls serving had no interest in making the people at the restaurant feel welcome; their welcome message was that we are short staffed in the kitchen and we had to wait been though we had pre booked. Food was not too bad but it has gone downhill since I was last there in 2021 and we won’t be going there again.
