I rarely go to coffee shops, but got a voucher for Christmas, so I've gone to this one half a dozen times now. I'm a barbarian when it comes to bean juice. I prefer instant, but their hot bean juice is good. The rest of their stuff is, well, exactly what you would expect. Service is great. The atmosphere is... well its Costa.

I recently came here on 13/11 to get my free birthday treat, the person working at the counter was super friendly and helpful. I was struggling to decide on a cake and they recommended me this delicious chocolate cake (and warned me of the walnuts in case of allergies) and it was a fantastic recommendation, I loved it. 10/10 service, I couldn’t be happier!

Firstly, I don’t think it’s too much to ask for when paying £3.30 for black coffee that they fill it up to the top. Awful service. No smile, no thank you. I made my order with a smile and a hello and the man serving me simply said ‘next’ after I’d made my payment. I still said thank you and smiled again after this, but this interaction actually made me feel a little upset, so unfriendly. The girl who made my drink just carelessly slid it across the side carelessly. To end on a positive the coffee was lovely! I’ll be making sure to only go to the Costa coffee at the other end of the high stre
