Today started like any other, woke up, worked but then what followed made this one day I’ll never forget. A cheeky Nando’s. This trip to Nando’s was not to be like previous ones, a bit of peril was added to the journey as the Byrne offered to drive. I knew I was in for a rollercoaster journey when he tried to pull away with the handbrake on. Having successfully arrived at Nando’s and driven to the far end of the car park to find a space without any other vehicle within approx 100m. We entered Nando’s. Place looks very small inside, staff rushed off their feet and seemed overworked. Busy as it gets! Ordered chicken meal and kids meal. Kids meal arrived first. Needed to ask for my food twice. Saw loads of food sat on a counter kitchen top getting cold. When asked at the tills about my food and how long will it take, the girl was polite. The young guy, who was cooking food looked at me with sheepishly with a vibe ' how dare did I ask? 'Go away' . Staff was apologetic when bringing food late with a burnt garlic bread.

Service was terrible. We walked in and the staff either ignored us or were a bit abrupt. The table we sat at had food all over the floor that hadn’t been cleaned up. We had to ask for cutlery one we got our food. Felt like the whole restaurant was ran by kids and no responsible adult in sight. To be fair the food was good and came fast. Wouldn’t come again for the price, service and cleanliness.

Absolute shambles of a place. Disgusting customer service. Went tonight for my Sons birthday. They got 2 out of the five meals wrong and completely missed out one meal altogether. Told the staff about it and then had to waiting 35mins for the missing/wrong meals to arrive by which time all the other meals were cold as we were waiting for the others to arrive. Managrment was aware but never even came over and didnt once get an apology from anyone. Dreadful place, meal completely ruined and an utter waste of £120😡😡
