Wasn't even busy and they still got the order wrong. Least appetising burger I've ever seen in my life.

DREADFUL SERVICE & getting worse. VERY unorganised. My family ordered a delivery & waited OVER ONE HOUR for it to arrive. The app showed the order was being prepared for most of that hour & the delivery time kept getting put back. The driver kept in contact with me (got my info off the app) to apologise & keep me upto date. When he did get here, he said it's a regular problem with this branch of Burger King (St Helens) & advised us to not to order by delivery in future, but maybe go to BK ourselves. So we started using the Drive Thru'. First time using it, I waited in the queue for 20 mins. (

Great place served by Manager polite friendly and helpful. Food is gorgeous especially the hash browns you get loads and tasty. Why isn’t this place Chokka! It so out does McDonald’s for quality of food and value for money. Nicer coke too.
