Great cafe, but a bit slow. Not as busy as it used to be, but I suppose that's to do with people's finances. The plants outside could be better labelled. It's difficult to find what you want. One of the clothing concessions has an aggressive woman on the till who keeps asking for your email address, so I've stopped going near the till.

Terrible service. 6 tills, but only 2 staff to operate them. Hence V long queues. Was told they are not short staffed as not recruiting. Customer experience obviously unimportant

We recently had a wake for my Nan, different I know! But it was perfect and Oscar was amazing from the beginning till the end, he was there when ever I needed him! Thank you so much Oscar for everything and the food was so good!
