Hit and miss when I go here . Today I had to take back my complete order due to not up to current standards. They did replace the order with fresh and hot food which was good. Just I went through the driveway to take my order home due to limited time and ended up going back and waiting for fresh order. Its annoying because I lost my valid time because of McDonald's didn't live up to there standards. I didn't get a apology for wasting my time or complementary food or drink. Some times the service and food is great just a shame not on every visit. I understand thay can get busy but today th

Great tasting McDonalds which is right on the water front. There is lots of parking and lots of seating internally. The food was pretty standard and the same as always, it was very quiet the time that we went but i know at the weekends is much busier

What you expect from a fast food chain my only reason for under 4 stars is on multiple occasions having to return to the counter for items missing from my order. This also applies to ordering through the app we're I have had to drive to the restaurant myself to rectify an issue. Other than that it's clean and right next to the Medway River which makes for a nice atmosphere when the weather is nice. Food is of acceptable quantity.

Waiting time for a fast food restaurant was absolutely shambolic, the staff was all playing and mocking behind the counter numerous female members of staff was absolutely unexceptable behaviour for a public serving company. It's like none of the staff have ever made a veggie burger before in their life. The apple pie which was part of my order was even hand given to myself not even carried tomyself in a bag !
