In adequate managers working at this branch. Apparently, they don't know how to cancel a Just Eat order, that was the manager. Being someone who also works in hospitality using just eat and uber eats, this can be cancelled by the store. I've been waiting since 8 for an order and it's now 9:05. The driver said arriving. Then the time went up to over half an half. The driver messaged to say he's been locked out of his car. This fault has nothing to do with me & the manager is aware of this. Still refused to cancel the order. Ridiculous for such a big company. Lying to me telling me it's not

Lovely building and decorated well inside. Sadly the food isn’t always hot and definitely not the best McDonald’s around. Easy to park, with free parking for a limited time. Outside seating. Overall average rating.

On 27/8 I ordered 2 iced coffees, a wrap, a breakfast sandwich on the app. All that turned up was one of the iced coffees and that took over an hour to arrive! (Still waiting for a refund from uber and it took me 2hrs to get some kind of communication) Today I placed an order and it came stone cold and squashed. It wasn’t the driver as the outside bag was perfectly fine.

Had a really lovely lady help us she was brilliant helped us with our table and brought me and my sons food over, really attentive then brought my son a colouring pack over and hasn’t stood still for the hour we have been sitting here she deserves this shout out she has been excellent and the reason we will come back
