I used to love Fat Tony but they have totally lost their way. Ordered with 3 day notice alot of pizza for early wedding guests. Paid extra for delivery and gave lots of notice. The pizza turned up 45 minutes late and the aggressive delivery driver started by saying he wanted a big tip. A big tip? It was cold average and really late. The driver kept on asking for money saying he wasn't paid for delivery (I had paid £10). He was an unpleasant man and insulted numerous people. Nice pizzeria - I found it less appealing for dining in, it was practical rather than atmospheric, but as I was travelling alone I did not require much. I asked to make my pizzas vegan and they did, lovely pizzas with interesting toppings. I had the vegan Vegesaurus and a vegan garlic bread. Both lovely! The garlic bread was HUGE though, it was more like a pizza. So I was served two pizzas - way too much for just one person. It would have been nice to get a warning, because I was expecting just some slices of baguette with garlic oil. But the taste of both items were very good, I did enjoy

10 years ago this place was amazing. High quality ingredients and a real feeling of passion for great pizza. My most recent order was a huge disappointment… olives are no longer fresh but like those ones you get out of a jar from a cheap supermarket, caramelised onions were just a slice of red onion… a real shame.
