We brought our daughter and her friend with other family memebers here for a meal after going to Snowdome for her 12th birthday and ordering was fine and disnt have to wait long before our number was called and all our items practically threw into 1 big brown paper bag! Chips were all over the counter that had fallen out and we asked is it possible to get this all in seperate bags as it was for different people and also we mentioned half our order was still on the counter so the kid who wasn't very friendly rebagged best he could through his anger and frustration and then scrapped the chips of

Shockingly slow service. 3 of us went and ordered standard items from the menu nothing that should've taken the 35 minute wait that it did! Another customer got so fed up of waiting they kindly gave us their receipt and left, 25 mins for their order to be done, for a drink! I would've left too if I hadn't already paid £30+ because it deffo wasn't worth waiting for. Felt so bad for the younger kids waiting for so long. Saw 8 staff members on the floor, doing absolutely nothing, standing in clusters near bins talking whilst a giant queue of fed up customers grew.

Staff not very friendly , the little love to draw when come to McDonald’s but the crayons missing, I ask if they have others because this service been put in place for kids and I was very disappointed when they answered. The plate which the food was brought to the table was dirty, not been cleaned , floor was miserable and some of the tables as well

I was driving a big arctic lorry drove from London to Scotland and back had a delivery at Ventura park explained to the uneducated shift manager at night namely Dom I couldn’t bring the arctic hgv in to the car park or drive thru downtown sheer size of the vehicle and I hadn’t eaten all day was hungry the staff was understanding however shift manager Dom would not allow me to order from the drive thru on foot he insisted I brought the lorry outside McDonald’s and then walk to the window to order had my head scratching after I explained it’s 16ft ‘3 arctic double decker he insisted he needed
