Not a good experience at finch cafe, was looking forward to some breakfast and decided to try this cafe after hearing good things. Food wasnt good, purchased beans and cheese on toast and was served mouldy cheese 🤢, after speaking to staff we was bought over another portion of cheese (probably from the same batch) with no offer of giving our money back for the meal. My full english was barely full, no hash browns, and anaemic bacon which looked, felt and tasted like it’d been cooked with a hair dryer. Smoothie was split at the bottom , not the right temperature and was completely separated

Visited Sat 21 Feb. Coffee was good, also ordered an all day breakfast. Waited 25 minutes for the breakfast. Coffee had been drunk long before the breakfast arrived, which was very average. For the price I was expecting something special. It was not. I asked the expressionless young lady who brought the breakfast out if I could have some brown sauce. Which was on a small table behind her back. I was told "it is on the table" So I nicely asked, could you just pass one over please, the reply being in a louder voice "IT,s ON THE TABLE" as she walked away. Nice little cafe.. we visited on Christmas Eve, so not much of a selection available.. but what was on offer, was lovely! Plenty of seating. Clean facilities. Nearest parking would be Sainsbury's car park.
