I went to Tonbridge Supermarket to collect an Uber Eats order. When I tried to clarify the order, the staff completely refused to help, were disrespectful, and did not explain anything. Security was called, and I was shouted at and told to leave immediately, with threats not to come back. Their behavior was extremely unprofessional and intimidating, and the experience left me very upset. This made it impossible for me to complete my delivery safely. How can I go again there to buy something how

Is Tonbridge a rough area? As I've never seen so many security guards wandering round a store. Unlikely I'd go to this store again having to dash round because you have to pay £1.70 for an hours parking, over £3 if you want longer. For a newly refurbished store the state of the toilets was poor, seats broken, dirty marks on seats 💩, no toilet paper, obviously not checked or cleaned regularly. Think the management needs a bit of an update too. 🤔

Wow, this is huge and has loads of neat stuff in it since the refurb. You can get hot food as a side?! Refunded parking as well although I think you have to spend over a certain amount.

Very wide selection of foods, products, etc trolleys have a card attached to show essential items and their aisle number as the store is newly renovated and is alot more easier to get around and a whole lot more choices after renovation.
