The speed of service and the time it took for the food to arrive were AMAZING given the quality, freshness, and how delicious the food was. Coffee was also really really good. It was so busy for a Friday afternoon, yet we were serviced quicky and, as I say, the food arrived quickly too. Not rushed off the table. Lovely atmosphere, genuinely nice and kind staff, and awesome food. The plant selection was impressive and I picked up a lovely native blooming plant as we left 🥰

Hilperton cafe is the pefect blend of casual dining and fine food, where with but an order at the counter, you can sit ready for a delicious meal whilst you ponder which plants require buying for the garden. The food is locally sourced, the staff friendly, and the atmosphere is chatty and cheery. I thoroughly recommend arriving early to guarantee seating, but there is never a long wait if you do arrive during a busy period; more importantly, the business only serves to show how popular the cafe is.

We went for the Festive afternoon here for our Works Christmas do. After seeing last yeara festive afternoon tea, I was extremely excited. I was not disappointed. The food was absolutely insane. The BEST quiche, the extremely tasty turkey bagel. I am soooo happy we choose Avonfield to host our due. One of the ladies in our team has a few allergies and the chef came out and double checked with her that she had it all correct and what alternatives she would offer. The staff are always so lovely. Thank you to you all for hosting a beautifully tasty party for us.
