we had a table booked for 7:30pm and arrived on time for a birthday meal. We waited to be seated and seen there restaurant wasn’t very busy ( only a couple of tables being used ). We ordered our drinks and all went up to get our carvery. As we went up we realised there was 1 meat left being pork and a tiny bit of beef ( a couple slices ). On the website, it states there has to be a minimum of 3 meats. I do not like pork or beef. The chef was only offering a sausage to people who ordered a king size too. Christmas meal - originally advised we may not all be on the same table (16 of us over 2 8s) but they would seat us as close as possible, to arrive & be seated across the room from each other was ridiculous we weren’t even in talking distance. The manager on duty Victoria advised us the empty tables would be occupied as they are pre booked. We were there till close & not one of those tables became occupied. Great service from Tyler he was very friendly. Meat was lovely and tender. Veg was nice and fresh. Victoria the manager was very welcoming when we walked in and made our whole experience memorable. Will definitely be back.
