Old School Caretaker★★★★★Latest: The outside area has been improved and there is now a bar at the back for busier periods. It is open until 4am now. Original: Quiet and peaceful by day, vibrant and lively by night. The bar staff are always welcoming, happy and engaging. It suits me perfectly, but I leave it for the younger people around 8 or 9 pm.

A bit disappointed that stuffing didn't come with the roast. The service we received was fine, the lady behind the bar was pleasant and courteous. The atmosphere in the venue was pleasant and not too loud.
