I’ve come to this shop before and the food was decent however yesterday I came in for a bbq chicken burger. It tasted old and fried more than once. The cheese you can tell was old as well as the edges were hard. I eat out a lot and travelled all around the world so I know how to recognise badly cooked food. In this case I think it was unsanitary. I told the staff and they refused to replace the burger. I couldn’t eat it but my husband did just to not let it go to waste. I find it appalling that they are arguing with customers over a 5£ burger. I wouldn’t bother coming back.

Tried Mac Halal today during Ramadan. Our food arrived about 10 minutes after iftar time… which felt like 3–5 business days when you’re kids are actually fasting. Luckily we had already bought a drink and a sandwich for my toddler, so we opened our fast with that instead. I was a little surprised because most Asian/Pakistani/Muslim spots usually give you a date or something small to break your fast with. I'll get straight to the point. The establishment is very clean and presentable. The food tastes good, but the portion sizes are small. The burger I had was not very big. The bonus is you can buy a variety of burgers ranging from cheap to high. No parking as it's on a main road.

We came here last week and were impressed, so came again and it was even better! Awesome burgers! Really tasty and highly recommended! Loads of choice, lovely place to eat in, nice and clean. The staff are really friendly too! Their slogan is “loving every bite” and we definitely did!
