Yesterday, we went to Mak Halal in Wolverhampton. The night before, after work, I had also ordered food from the same branch, and the quality was very poor. When I placed my order yesterday, I informed the staff that I had experienced quality issues with my previous order as well. I work as a manager at KFC and have good knowledge of the fast-food industry. I am also a regular customer of Mak Halal and usually enjoy the food from the West Bromwich branch. I ordered 2 peperoni pizzas from hear all the toppings has slid off both pizzas I rang about it and they refused to give me fresh pizzas i even said ill come pick them up if i need to. The lady was shouting at me down the fone and was very rude to me i will not be paying my hard earned money to get spoken to like that and my order to not be rectified
