Had such a great experience at Cassio Lounge in Watford! From the moment we walked in, the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive. They made us feel really comfortable without being over the top, and nothing felt like too much trouble. As a first time customer in this lounge, our visit wasn’t disappointing! All staff were very friendly, welcoming and accommodating especially on a Sunday morning just before 10am! Don’t forget to ask for your Lounge passport to eventually get complimentary treats 😉 Highly recommended!

Such a Vibe! Dog friendly, kid friendly - so there's families in there having a blast, there's couples on dates, the atmosphere is eclectic! The peeps working there are colourful, friendly and chill. Visited for breakfast and the server Callum was very friendly and welcoming. Lovely atmosphere although we were way too hot in there. Breakfast was a good size, I ordered extra bacon thinking I’d only get one slice like usual places because and ended up with 4 😆 Really good breakfast apart from my egg had burst.
