I visited here this evening, while staying at the premier inn. I honestly didn't rate it. Although there are a few different cuisine counters, I found them to be basic. The tapas table consisted of paella, that didn't taste like paella and macaroni cheese. The deserts was really poor, limited selection and low quality. The Chinese and Malaysian counters were "okay" but nothing flavourism and appealing. The main section in the middle labelled as "starters" was cheap, greasy fried food... Chicken nuggets, fish fingers, chips, all thrown in a deep fat fryer. I certainly wouldn't visit again. Far

We visited this place for the first time, and our experience was okay-ish. The food was hit or miss. Some items were very bad, like the mac and cheese, while others were really nice, like the spicy chicken wings and sweet and sour chicken. The biggest letdown was the fresh food, with only two items per customer and very bad quality. The steak tasted spoiled, and the octopus was rubbery. Also, a big miss was the dessert section; all mini cakes tasted bad and dry. We will not come back for sure. Some food sections definitely more appealing and tasty than others. Indian section a particular disappointment. No Indian starters and all dishes incredibly oily. Lamb rogan too bony and always downing in gravy even when "replenished". Quite unappetising to have to witness diners having to fish for meat. This section in terms of quality and presentation needs major improvement. They could do worse than visit Ilford branch for inspiration and may need to change chef. Chinese and America sections much better. Desserts good.

I am reporting a serious safety incident at Watford JRC restaurant. The tables at this restaurant are unstable and pose a clear safety hazard. During my visit, an unstable table caused hot soup to spill onto me, resulting in damage to my clothing and a burn injury. This is a dangerous situation involving hot food and could easily lead to more serious harm. After the incident, I raised this with a member of staff. Instead of taking responsibility or offering assistance, the staff member responded in a dismissive and inappropriate manner, stating that customers getting their clothes dirty “hap
