​I had a wonderful experience here! I ordered five chicken shawarmas for just £3 each—simple, tasty, and great value. What really stood out, though, was the exceptional customer service. I was greeted warmly and felt truly looked after. ​The server was fantastic; she had such a calming smile and even invited me to have a seat while I waited for my order. I’ll definitely be returning, specifically because the service was so welcoming.

Absolutely disgusting experience at Abu Zaad. I ordered the chicken shawarma yesterday for my kids, and it was dry, cold, and tasted horrible. Honestly, it looked like leftover food that had already been served before. The smell and texture were disgusting, and my kids wouldn’t even touch it after one bite. Very disappointing quality and a complete waste of money. I would never recommend this place to anyone, especially families. Food should at least be fresh and safe to eat, but this was unacceptable

Nice atmosphere, great location and generally decent experience. We were seated promtly then later were moved tables to accomodate others. Maybe down to it being Eid, also food later arrived lukewarm. However the food was nice, just would be better piping warm.

Mains were great. Dessert could be better as not made very well as was doughy. Restaurant was a bit packed up like sardines. Manager - definitely could do with someone else running the show as he was not very attentive, rude and not helpful and frankly just confused.
