Busy shopping centre, black Friday sales. Plenty people walking around. Happy customers chilling, drinking pre-Christmas cup of a Latte. Prices are much higher then before .latte will cost you around a fiver which is same as jar of Nescafe Alta Rica 100 g. in Aldi. Once a year you can have it. Spoil yourself!

Left Costa feeling very disappointed, the coffees we ordered had a burnt taste to them ( not the usual taste from Costa). The Strawberry Matcha was disappointing, far too sweet and the strawberry sauce was almost like jam. Food was good, but nearly all available tables were dirty and one of the staff members was rude and unhelpful. I’m a regular Costa customer, but not usually this cafe, left feeling very dissatisfied 😒

Overrated, overpriced, lack lustre chain that makes what is only sometimes a drinkable coffee. All of the other drinks are "faddy". Keep it as far as I'm concerned! I think it's these chains that have driven up the price of a coffee when you're out and about. You also do the advertising for them when you carry their cups and merchandise in the street. Starbucks is in the same category.
