I like clean cafe. A cup of latte is fine to make you relax after long journey. Welcoming staff and good service. Good clean toilets. Seating on two floors and outside too. Good location located in high street.

Don’t order the matcha - unless you want light green milk. Bit filthy. Weird person upstairs and a bit of a funny smell. Wouldn’t really recommend

My first time in a Caffè Nero. It’s also my first time not finishing a slice of chocolate cake. It was dry, tasteless, really inedible. As for the luxury hot chocolate… rather watery. My fault entirely, so much for chain coffee shops… Service was very slow; staff otherwise kind.

The toilets were filthy, the toilet door made me want to wash my hands again as the greasy dirt was very visible along its edge. Going up the stairs to the first floor had obviously not been swept or mopped in about a week. The food was good. The atmosphere was at first pleasant, until a staff member asked me and my two children to “keep it down” as there had been a complaint made by a customer…. I felt hurt by this as we were laughing and nothing too extreme, I would have expected the staff to of just left us alone as we are customers too and the request was unrealistic. So it felt like an es
