Went as couple for evening meal. Very polite and friendly staff. Cosy bench seating at front. Lovely little dinner rolls with butter. Had featherblade of beef in wine jus with parsnip puree and selection of vegetables beautifully presented. Husband had red mullet with sweet and spicy sauce and veg. Followed by glazed fruit with zabaglione ( not as we expected, but nice). I also had a very drinkable Sauvignon. Easy on the palate, would be fine with most dishes. Very quiet due to day and weather, but we loved that it wasn't busy. Loved the quiet dinner jazz music . A real gem of a place: really

Absolutely love this little hidden gem. Perfect mix of perfect pasta dishes with some British classics. All beautifully cooked and delicious. Friendly service and wonderful sea views. It has to be one of our favourite places to eat in the UK.
