Good coffee and staff polite. Only problems I have with place is that queuing time is very long and if I just want a simple coffee I don’t want to wait up to 15 minutes for one especially as I can make one for myself in 2 minutes especially as you are paying £4 for the privalige.

My partner went in there today around 4.05-4.10pm. The server was extremely rude to her. He was speaking to his mate completely ignoring the fact she was standing at the till in a quiet store. He approached her and rudely stated that he wouldnt serve customers who are on the phone. She politely told him that she was on the phone to the doctors and she was on hold so it was not a problem. He continued to refuse to serve her and was very rude whilst doing so unless she hung up the phone to the doctors. She then proceeded to ask to speak to a manager in which he replied that he indeed was the man

Love the female staff here in wi ford branch. Very friendly but the man serving chats to much to other staff whilst serving . Today he forgot onward of our cakes due to chatting again but didn't foeget to cHarge for it though.
