We visited Miller & Carter to celebrate the birth of our baby boy, and it was such a special experience. Our waitress, Alex, was absolutely amazing from start to finish. She was so friendly, attentive, and genuinely helped make the occasion feel extra special for us. The food was fantastic, especially the steak! After going 9 months without one during pregnancy, it was everything I had been looking forward to and more. Cooked perfectly and absolutely delicious. Visited Miller & Carter Gosforth Park after the recent refurb and it’s looking fantastic. The refresh has really brightened the place up and made it feel much more modern, vibrant and welcoming without losing the atmosphere it’s known for. The food was excellent as always. I had the pork tomahawk from the lunchtime menu which was absolutely spot on — full of flavour and cooked perfectly. We also had the fillet steak which was beautifully cooked and really tender (even if ordering it well done should probably be illegal!). Alex our waitress was fab, attentive but not in your face, perfect balance. Thanks Alex. I gave a 4 star for the food because the beef dripping has changed, it used to be quite a thin sauce, now it's thick and tastes like oxtail soup, very disappointing 😔
