Honestly, McDonald’s Wigan was a pretty poor experience and might be the worst McDonald’s I’ve been to. Right from the start it was frustrating — no napkins anywhere, the order screens weren’t working properly, and there were no printed receipts at all. The place itself felt grubby too, with dirty tables and a general lack of care that’s hard to ignore. The food didn’t help matters. Everything came out cold, like it had been sitting around for ages, and the drink was completely flat. That’s basic stuff, even the usuallylava hot apple pies were cold. A year ago I left a review about this McDonald’s and it was absolutely appalling then. To my utter shock and amazement, they have managed to become even worse. The past several times I have visited, when eating my burger, its texture and taste is one that I could only possibly describe as a dried up old flip flop, and the staff are BEYOND miserable and are in actual fact unbelievably rude! My phone malfunctioned once when attempting to pay and the girl at the window scoffed and rolled her eyes at me. Absolutely APPALLING!! I will never ever EVER return. Don’t waste your time and money people!

First was told not any ice drinks as usual then was given half a cup of coffee. Worst McDonald’s by far and they wasn’t even busy

They didn’t add a burger in the bag when I went through the drive through so one of us did not have a burger with our meal the staff at the windows were friendly and nice but did not provide us with the basic part of the meal and we paid for it got home and it wasn’t there it was on the receipt and paid for quite a let down
