We’re do I even start. We come to this McDonald’s as it’s the only one open when we finish work. If you’re paying with cash at the counter good luck because it will take at minimum 15 minutes for a member of staff to come over and even then no apology is offered. The facility’s are disgraceful. The bins outside are always overflowing and this day we went there was RAW MEAT on the floor outside of the entrance. We placed our order on the self serve kiosk got our food and left. When I opened my burger to check everything the burger pattie looked liked someone had literally taken a bite out of it

Clean, modern layout and fast service via the digital kiosks. The food arrived hot and the order was 100% accurate, which isn't always a guarantee at fast-food outlets. Staff were polite and actively keeping on top of clearing the tables. ​The only minor downside is the drive-thru and car park layout, which can get incredibly congested during peak hours, making it difficult to maneuver. Overall, a reliable and well-run branch.

We have been customers of the Gower Street store in Wigan for a long time and the service is excellent, but Brad clearly stands out. He is always in the lobby and his service never changes...It is always excellent, consistent, and polite every single time we visit. We have an autistic son who collects Happy Meal toys, and Brad always gives him special attention, with genuine patience and respect. This makes a real difference to us. It is because of people like Brad that we choose to keep coming back to the same restaurant.
