A1 review The restaurant was like a mom and pops. Everyone was friendly. 5/10 The ribs were not fall off the bone but they were decent. 7/10 collard greens and baked beans 10/10 pork chops were flavorful and moist, really good. 8/10 mac and cheese made with real butter 5/10 rice and gravy okay and cornbread 20/10 cotton candy lemonade

This is the kind of hole in the wall you always wanna find. The burger was so good that it had me taking smaller bites at the end to savor it. And the staff here is truly special, you can tell they really love and believe in this little restaurant. Nico is an amazing server, place will have you thanking everyone as you leave.

Many of these soul food establishments can come and take a page out of the book from Hit Different Barbeque & Grill in Pelham,Alabama when I tell you good and hot. Food made fresh 😋 😌 😍 👌🏾 🙌 ☺️. Like from the moment I walked in I felt comfortable. This place is easily in my top 10 of soul food establishments in the US. They also take my #1 spot for Birmingham and surrounding areas. The only things I would fix is better music selection to fit the establishments vibe and maybe add a special fruit punch. But this place is definitely a hidden 💎. I give it 9 out of 10 chef kisses 👩🏾‍🍳 💋
