(4/19/2026 2PM) Pricing is great that’s why it’s my 1st choice for quick food but… I’ve been coming to this location a couple of times a month since over a year. In the past month on 2 different occasions I got small chicken bone pieces in my food. This can literally break a tooth, that’s how hard it is, literally a rock. If it happened once a year I understand, twice a year I understand but 2 times in my last 3-4 orders? This is unacceptable quality control and I will report it if it happens again.

After placing an order and driving to pick up my food at this location, which is the closest one to me, I honestly have to ask: is this really how customers should be served? There was barely any rice or black beans in the bowl. It honestly makes no sense to pay for food and receive portions like this. Very disappointing experience.

Definitely worst location I’ve ever been to! Been eating chipotle for a decade now and never had lackluster experiences like this one. There’s always something missing. Today it was no cilantro for the rice. Another time is was the chicken…then the cheeese…then the guac…then the rice…then the sour cream. Like my goodness inventory management absolutely sucks at this place it’s something every time it never fails! There’s nothing but kids working here and you don’t even know who the manager is. Then there’s like 12 people in the kitchen looking lost and moving slow. It’s absolutely ridiculous.

Standard chipotle experience nothing bad but nothing over the top either. The prices here are pretty good, my chicken bowl was $9 and then I got the chimichuri sauce along with it. It tasted good but I don’t think I’ll get it again.
