I’ve given this Chipotle multiple chances, and every visit has been worse than the last. On 2/19, I stood in line for 15 minutes only to find out they were out of almost everything — no rice, no meat, no chips. I even heard an employee tell another customer that the chips were “only for online and DoorDash orders.” I went back tonight hoping things had improved. Same situation, different day. I had had multiple bad experiences at this location over a year ago but I decided to give this location another chance hoping it had been improved. Boy was I wrong: The Monroeville location was absolutely filthy, especially the employee area behind the counter. Soda machine was broken too. I walked in to pick up a mobile order that wasn’t on the shelf and stood there for 10 minutes along with others who had placed mobile orders. It took 10 minutes for any staff member to acknowledge us. Food was good but wouldn’t recommend this location. It’s worth driving the extra few miles to the Murrysvill

Went on a Saturday afternoon and it was not very busy. My food was good but not the best I’ve ever had. I tried the honey chipotle chicken it was very good. I got chips with my bowl and to my surprise when I opened it there was just a clump of twenty chips stuck together and they were all mushy. Wouldn’t they have seen this when they put the chips into the bag?? Everything else tasted good though. The food area seemed very clean and all items were fully stocked. The drink and napkin area was very dirty and messy. The bathrooms were absolutely disgusting

This location needs to be shutdown immediately! They purposely dont have the proteins ready to turn customers away. Lazy workers who are rude and childish. We went in right after they opened and they didnt have the cilantro lime sauce ready for serving and didn't have the vinegarett at all. They dont like to work and it shows. Either fire the whole crew and hire mature dedicated workers or shut the store down! The problem isn't the food. Its the employees.
