Ordered late lastnight, got a dozen, Omg, they really are delivered warm and were so good. Ordered 10 different cookies and a couple doubles. Every single cookie was perfect. Not 30 minutes after they got here. There was only 4 left. I had to hide them for me, lol. I love that I can order late-night. Will be ordering again this weekend, I found my sweet spot shop. You guys are awesome!!

Ordered 6 cookies. Only got 5? Didn’t get any communication or options to substitute. Got charged for full 6 cookies and even on the receipt it shows I paid for the full 6 cookies. Normally I wouldn’t mind but these cookies are pretty pricey. I don’t care about delivery time or costumer service. But come on. If you charge me for 6 cookies instead expect to receive 6 cookies. At least substitute or communicate with your costumers. I won’t ask for a refund but I’m disappointed. First time with insomnia cookies. Probably won’t order again :(
