I politely asked for my bagels to be toasted, but my order was not prepared as requested. When the bagels were eventually remade, I no longer felt comfortable eating them because I did not know what had happened to them after they had already been handled and returned. They looked unappetizing, and I requested a fresh replacement that had not been previously handled. This place is trash! Don't bother wasting your money with this branch. Customer service is a joke. Went today and they acted like I was bothering them. No joke the guy making our order rolled his eyes and seemed irritated that I was there. Sat down to eat my bagel really quickly because I knew they closed soon. No joke they straight turned the lights off before their closing time. WILL NEVER come back to this place and I hope all employees there have the day they deserve!
