Wish I can rave how much I love the butter pecan syrup with the fluffy pancakes but sadly no one came to our table or acknowledged us despite 3 different servers passing our table in the separate room. A table behind us was seated after us and served before us. We decided to walk out and go elsewhere but not before letting your hostesses/servers standing around, which there were alot of them doing, know that we weren't acknowledged and a table after us being served first. All she could say was " Oh wow.....". No apologies or sincere response.

Hello, very disappointed with the service at this restaurant. My husband loves IHOP, and we went there for breakfast as usual. This time, we called ahead and placed a to-go order because we were on our way somewhere else and running late. However, when we arrived, it was raining, so we decided to stay and eat there instead. We politely asked the employees if we could sit at a table even though our order was to go, but they told us no. Took literally 20 minutes to get a server to acknowledge us. Good came out one person at a time and took over an hour mind you there is only two of us… I’ve never been to a more disorganized establishment😭

Our waitress Erica was simply amazing. Customer service was great! The COFFEE was so good, fresh and hot. food was also hot and good. Only thing I would suggest PLEASE CLEAN THE FLOORS more often during shifts. Floor was a mess.
